Welcome to Diba Imports in Earth City, the home of Diba Shoes for women and Testosterone Shoes for men.
"World headquarters, that means it's our only building," said COO Diane Butrus.
The family run business started in the late 1980s.
Diane said, "In my parents basement and now we're in a 45,000 square foot buildng."
These shoes are sold all over the world, from small boutiques to big chains like DSW.
"We design shoes for other designers and have our own brands," she said.
Many people don't realize the public is invited inside the headquarters to shop the Diba Shoes Outlet Store.
Carmen Boeser, retail manager, said, "People are really shocked to find out we've been here for over 11 years at this location and don't know it's open to the public. But this is a retail store open to everybody."
There are two rooms, you'll find the new collections for men and women when you first walk in.
"A lot of handcrafted leather and suede footwear at prices far below than what you'd expect for the quality you are getting," she said.
But the real reason people step inside Diba Shoes Outlet Store is for the Clearance Room. There's always a deal going on in this room and a special one is happening now for spring and summer.
"People love this room. It's 4 pairs of women's shoes for $100 and for men's shoes it's 3 pairs for $100," Carmen said.
And let's just say people go shoe crazy.
She said, "A lot of times, they're overwhelmed and it takes them a while to look through everything. They are shockedf and ask, 'Are you sure it's really this?'"
"You will find something none of your friends will be wearing, brand new fashion or last year's fashion at less than half price. Our outlet is absolutely a hidden gem," said Diane.
And at 45,000 square feet it's not exactly hidden.
"It's a large hidden gem. If there's anything we have a lot of, it's shoes," said Diane.
