Kitchenware and baking brand Williams-Sonoma has issued a voluntary recall of its Meyer Lemon Poppy Seed Quick Bread.
According to the FDA, the bread mix may be contaminated with Salmonella.
The ingredient supplier has issued a recall of the bulk milk powder. Although no pathogenic bacteria have been found in the product supplied to Williams-Sonoma, the brand is initiating the voluntary recall.
The affected Williams-Sonoma Meyer Lemon Poppy Seed Quick Bread was shipped to Williams-Sonoma retail stores nationwide from Aug. 2016 to the present. They have best by dates of JAN 2018.
