ST. LOUIS – A 4-year-old boy received a special gift Wednesday morning.
The Miracle-Ear Foundation gave Ryder LeGrand two state-of-the-art hearing aids along with lifetime care. LeGrand has struggled to fully hear since he was born.
When he was a toddler, his mom drove him from Perryville to St. Louis so he could attend a special school for deaf children and receive a free hearing aid, however that all changed when he turned 3 years old and no longer qualified for the help.
