Officers responded to a shooting that happened in the 900 block of Bainbridge Blvd. on the evening of July 12. Upon arrival, they found a vehicle with three male occupants inside.

Police saw that all three occupants were suffering from gunshot wounds and transported them to Sentara Norfolk General Hospital for treatment.

One of the victims captured the entire incident on Facebook Live.

The video shows three men listening to music and captures the gunfire erupting. The victim holding the phone drops the device as pieces of glass fly through the car.

The shots continue for about 20 seconds. Neighbors say they heard as many as two dozen rounds.

On Tuesday, authorities issued seven felony warrants for Roundtree, charging him with three counts of malicious wounding, use of a firearm in commission of a felony and maliciously shooting at an occupied motor vehicle.

The U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force was asked for assistance in locating Roundtree.

On Wednesday, U.S. Marshals observed a man matching Roundtree's description leave a home in Suffolk who then began riding a hoverboard.

Investigators quickly apprehended Roundtree and he was taken into custody.

He is currently being held at the Norfolk City Jail.
