ST. CHARLES CO., Mo. – The westbound lanes of Interstate 64 are back open after a crash involving a wrong-way driver.
The lanes east of Winghaven were shut down for about an hour while crews cleaned up. Three vehicles were involved, and three people were transported to hospitals. Police said they suffered serious injuries, but all three were expected to survive.
