ST. LOUIS – A 9-year-old boy was shot in the backside and taken to the hospital Sunday afternoon.
Police said the shooting happened around 2:50 p.m. near the intersection of North Grand Boulevard and Montgomery Street in the JeffVanderLou neighborhood.
The boy was conscious and breathing when he was taken to the hospital.
