ST. LOUIS — A car nearly crashed into a deli in south city late Wednesday night.
Three vehicles were involved in the wreck on Oregon near Meramec, right on the edge of Dutchtown and Mount Pleasant.
One of the vehicles ended up about 10 feet away from the Nu-Way Market & Deli. Another car went corner first into a truck.
A woman at the scene described hearing a “loud boom, boom, boom.”
There was an ambulance on the scene, but police haven’t said whether anyone was taken to the hospital.
It’s not clear at this time what led to the collision.
