BELLEVILLE, Ill. -- The Belleville Police Department charged a Dittmer, Mo. man with possession of child pornography Friday.
Officials found Earl Rice, 59, to be in possession of child pornography where the victim was under the age of 18.
Police said there are no other known victims at this time.
Rice was charged with two counts of unlawful possession of child porn and is being held on a $75,000 bond.
Anyone with children who may have had contact with Rice should contact their local police department.
The investigation is ongoing.
