ST. CLAIR COUNTY, Ill. – A man is facing multiple charges after leading police on a chase that ended him crashing into a levee.

Frankie W. Hook, 37, was charged with multiple counts including eluding police and driving on a revoked license, Monday.

Police first spotted Hook swerving his car on Illinois Route 163. Police tried to pull him over, but Hook refused and sped away.
