TOWN AND COUNTRY, Mo. – It was quite the scene Monday morning at a west St. Louis County restaurant after a car crashed into the building.
Town and Country police told 5 On Your Side an elderly man came from a car wash and drove across all lanes of S. Woods Mill Road and ended up crashing into Rich and Charlie’s.
According to the West County fire chief, the man suffered a medical emergency. He was transported to a hospital with injuries. His injuries did not appear to be serious.
The restaurant is closed on Mondays, so there were no customers inside.
