HIGH RIDGE, Mo. — St. Charles County police said a 65-year-old woman reported missing has been found dead.
Ruth Ann Martin was reported missing by her husband, who said he hasn't seen her since Friday morning and hasn't spoken with her since Friday afternoon.
The missing person report said she was without her medication, but did not say what the medication was treating.
St. Charles County police said they found a body in a parked vehicle on the 1000 block of Wolfrum Road in Weldon Spring. Thursday night, they confirmed that the body was Martin's
Police said they do not know the cause of death, but do not believe foul play was involved. The investigation is ongoing.
