ST. LOUIS – A 30-year-old man has been arrested in connection to a fatal hit-and-run in downtown St. Louis Tuesday morning.
Adam Tainter was taken into custody at Lumiere Casino a few hours after 25-year-old Montez Horton was struck on Interstate 55 near Park Avenue. Horton was pronounced dead at the scene.
According to police, officers found the car at Lumiere Casino after searching the parking garage. Police found Tainter inside the casino by using surveillance video.
