A serious wreck slowed traffic near midtown St. Louis Monday.
This SUV flipped over during the crash - on Jefferson, near Interstate 64. Police say the force of the crash, threw several people from the SUV.
Paramedics took four people to the hospital. Three of them are critically hurt, first responders said.
