ST. LOUIS — Police are working to figure out more about a man shot and killed in north St. Louis late Wednesday night.
It happened just before midnight in the 4300 block of St. Ferdinand, which is in The Ville neighborhood.
Officers found a man dead in the middle of the street. He had been shot several times, police said.
He was later identified as Othel Moore, a 57-year-old man who lived a couple blocks down the street.
The homicide division has taken over the investigation.
Police do not have any information on a suspect at this time.
