VIDEO: Obama takes advice from Boehner, trains for post-presidency

Each year, President Barack Obama's jokes seem to be the highlight of the White House Correspondents' Association dinner, or "Nerd Prom." And this year, the nearly-retired president's speech did not disappoint.

After making jabs at presidential candidates Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton, the president went on to talk about his plans to stay in Washington, D.C. after his term ends. Obama then prompted a video of him training for life after his presidency as "Couch Commander."

The White House Twitter feed tweeted out the video shortly after:

The pre-taped video shows Obama going to the DMV, where an employee asks for his birth certificate. To this, he said, "Really?" After he hands his birth certificate over, she looks at it incredulously before he reassures her, "It's real."

The best part of the video -- hands down -- is when Obama announces, "I know who I need to talk to."

Enter former House Speaker John Boehner. After Obama asks Boehner for advice on how he should spend his post-presidential days outside of the White House, he said, "Yesterday, I had a beer at 11:30 in the morning. And you know McDonald's now serves breakfast all day long."

At the end of his speech at the dinner, Obama signed off and dropped his mic.
