Six acts went into Wednesday's America's Got Talent finale vying to win the $1 million prize.

Singers Quintavious Johnson, Emily West and Miguel Dakota, musical group Sons of Serendip, acrobatic troupe AcroArmy, and magician Mat Franco. All had a shot at the title and the money.

And who emerged victorious?

NOT MIGUEL DAKOTA, 21.

He was the first act sent home. "It was such an honor," he said before leaving.

NOT QUINTAVIOUS JOHNSON, 12.

He was the next act sent packing. There were boos in the audience when the news was announced. "Those boos are because they're upset," said host Nick Cannon, urging the crowd to cheer the young singer.

With a beaming smile, Johnson told everyone, "Being on this show has meant theworldto me! I'm so excited I got to do this. How many can say they got to the Top Six?"

JudgeHeidi Klumsaid she was "shocked" and told the young singer that the show was just the "first stepping stone" on his way to stardom.

NOT MUSICAL QUARTET SONS OF SERENDIP OR THE AGILE ACROBATIC GANG ACROARMY.

So it came down to singer/songwriter Emily West, 33, aHoward Sternfavorite, and magician Mat Franco, 25, who has been championed by Mel B. throughout the season.

AND MAT FRANCO WON!

His reaction? "Un-freakin-believable!"
