MOOYAH burger brings fast-casual eats to St. Charles

St. Charles will be one of three new locations across the area.

ST CHARLES, Mo. — A fresh made-to-order burger restaurant is expanding to St. Charles within a span of months. 

Restaurant owners Mark and Monica Notz will welcome customers to MOOYAH Burger, Fries, & Shakes in March 2024. The business, which will be located at 2027 State Highway K, will be one of three locations in the St. Charles area.

MOOYAH's menu is filled with custom burgers with the choice of five real cheese options, bacon, avocado, and 17 free sauces. If you have a sweet tooth, you can indulge in one of their shakes as well.

According to the restaurant's website, the couple started MOOYAH in their hometown of Plano, Texas back in 2007. 

Now, there are a total of 90 restaurants making up the brand.

“[The Notz] know that to create the best tasting burgers, you need to start with great ingredients and do things the right way,” said Doug Willmarth, President of MOOYAH. 

Guests will be served through dine-in, online ordering, carryout and delivery, as well as its loyalty app
