ST. LOUIS — Lion’s Choice is the latest St. Louis-area restaurant to join the frozen pizza game.
The restaurant known for its famous roast beef sandwiches is partnering with 4 Hands Brewing Co. and Mama Lucia’s for a line of collaborative frozen pizzas.
Back in August, 4 Hands and Mama Lucia’s debuted frozen pizzas with local restaurants including Mission Taco Joint, Sugarfire and Red Hot Riplets.
The Lion’s Choice pizza will feature a French fry crust, horseradish sauce, roast beef, roasted green peppers, swiss and provolone cheese and Lion’s Choice seasoning.
“We share a deep love and connection to the St. Louis community with Lion’s Choice, so this collaboration is so exciting,” said Kevin Lemp, 4 Hands cofounder.
The pizza won’t be available until early January, but St. Louisans can sample the pizza at a preview event at 4 Hands.
At the event, the Lion’s Choice food truck will be at the brewery with food for purchase. Arch Apparel will also be at the event with Lion’s Choice merchandise for purchase.
The preview event will be held Dec. 22 from noon to 3 p.m.
