Clementine's branching out with new location in Lake St. Louis

The new location will serve up the same great ice cream as the locations in Clayton, Lafayette Square and the Southampton neighborhood in St. Louis city.

ST. LOUIS BUSINESS JOURNAL — Clementine's Naughty & Nice Creamery, known for its alcohol-infused ice cream flavors, will open its fourth location at The Meadows in Lake St. Louis.

It will be the brand's first location in St. Charles County when it opens this spring and joins its other shops in Clayton, Lafayette Square and the Southampton neighborhood in St. Louis city.

Clementine's will occupy 2,200 square feet, sandwiched between Victoria's Secret and Claire's near center court at The Meadows, an open-air retail center off Interstate 64 and Lake St. Louis Boulevard. New York City-based Cohen Equities has owned the 344,201-square-foot center since 2014. L3 Corp. Vice President Rick Spector represented The Meadows in its lease transaction.

A favorite of many celebrities, Clementine's uses dairy from cows that are local, grass-fed, pasture-raised, and free of hormones and rBST (recombinant bovine somatotropin, a growth hormone), officials said. In addition to ice cream, Clementine's also has sorbet and French bistro roast coffee.
