GRANTWOOD VILLAGE, Mo. — Grant's Farm has a special dinner event for those who want to keep the Mardi Party going a little longer.

The Grant's Farm to Table Dining Experience will serve up a Cajun-themed dinner on Feb. 27 from 6:30-9:30 p.m. in the Carriage House and Bauernhof Tent.

The menu includes Budweiser-seared boudin sausage, Cajun gumbo, jambalaya, fried oyster po'boy minis, crab cake sliders and plenty more. The dinner also features food and beer pairings for guests 21 and older.

Musician Rocky Santhuff will play live music throughout the evening.

“This month’s Grant’s Farm to Table Dining Experience will transport guests to New Orleans with delicious Mardi Gras-inspired dishes and a unique opportunity to enjoy the Farm during the winter months,” chef Sam Niemann said in a press release. “Throughout the evening, I’ll be leading a variety of interactive stations, which will showcase the versatility of our beers both as an ingredient and a complement to the flavor of each of our dishes.”

Tickets can be bought for $50 a person on Grant's Farm's website.
