Knockout BBQ now open on South Grand

The restaurant is open seven days a week from 11 a.m. until 9 p.m. or until sold out.

ST. LOUIS — The newest restaurant from Baileys’ Restaurant Group is now open.

Knockout BBQ opened on Oct. 10. The restaurant shares a space with Rooster at S. Grand Boulevard.

The restaurant is open seven days a week from 11 a.m. until 9 p.m. or until sold out.

The menu has been driven by Andy White, Director of Operations and Culinary Development. Guests can expect traditional barbecue such as Carolina pulled pork and Texas brisket, as well as off-the-wall flavors and specials from around the world.

In addition, Small Batch Chef Jerremy Kirby will be creating out-of-the box, delicious vegetarian 'que.

“St. Louis is still the best city in the world to keep growing our business,” said owners Dave & Kara Bailey. “What makes our particular BBQ concept stand out is world-class flavor and amazing sauces. We also have a 2,000-square-foot seasonally enclosed patio space to make Knockout enjoyable year round.”

Knockout BBQ is the eighth restaurant in the Baileys’ Restaurant family. Other restaurants include Bridge Tap House and Wine Bar, Rooster, Small Batch, Baileys’ Range, Baileys’ Chocolate Bar and the newly opened Pop, as well as event spaces Willow and Slate.
