WEBSTER GROVES, Mo. — The latest project from owners of The Vandy and STL Barkeep has opened its doors at 8709 Big Bend Blvd. in Webster Groves.

Off Elm opened Friday and offers classic cocktails, as well as seasonal and specialty drinks, curated by beverage director Pat Gioia. The food menu will lean into seafood, offering items such as tin fish, dips, cheese, charcuterie boards, and other seasonal specialties.

"As our company grows, we are excited to expand into Webster Groves," Matt Longueville of STL Barkeep said. "This opening has truly been a team effort and Off Elm's success is thanks to the hard work of everyone involved. We are ready to hit the ground running in this amazing neighborhood."

Matt and his wife Jess Longueville own The Vandy, an upscale cocktail bar in The Grove, and STL Barkeep, a bar service catering company.
