WRIGHT CITY, Mo. — The 14th annual Pyromania returns to Cedar Lake Cellars in September.
The nation’s top fireworks choreographers gather at Pyromania to showcase their ‘concerts in the sky,’ which are artistic combinations of music and pyrotechnics. The event will be held on Sept. 21.
It’s known as the largest in region. Pyromania creates a series of approximately 10 displays that has everything from large shell demonstrations to gasoline fireballs.
There will be a viewing party at the winery that has a limited view of the fireworks show. Cedar Lake Cellars said Pyromania sold out months ago, so the winery is offering another option to see the show for 1,500 guests who are over the age of 21.
‘Championship of Champions’ occurs this year and it only happens every four years.
There will be a Pyromania Family Festival Area for kids of all ages from 2 to 7 p.m., as well as plenty of food trucks and live musical entertainment at the winery.
All families are welcome at the festival area, but guests must be 21 years of age and older to visit the winery or be a guest at the viewing party.
