CHESTERFIELD, Mo. — A popular upscale steak house is coming to Chesterfield!
Ruth’s Chris Steak House announced it’ll open its third St. Louis area location in the new WildHorse development.
It’s expected to open in late 2020. The WildHorse development broke ground in Chesterfield on Wildhorse Creek Road in August.
“Ruth’s Chris is well-known as the place where you will find incredible food, outstanding service, and a warm and welcoming atmosphere,” noted Kristy Rans, owner/president, Prime Hospitality Group, LLC (Missouri, Arkansas and Indiana). “We have been searching for a West County location for some time that will be convenient for guests in that part of the region. The WildHorse development will be a special addition to the Chesterfield scene, and we are excited to be a part of it.”
The new restaurant will occupy more than 18,000 square feet, with seating for up to 400 guests. Two rooftop patios and an outdoor seating area will also be available, weather permitting. The restaurant will also feature indoor and outdoor bars, six private dining rooms, wine lockers, and a double-sided fire place.
Ruth’s Chris anticipates creating 125 to 150 new jobs once the restaurant opens. The restaurant will serve dinner seven nights a week and be open for lunch on Fridays.
“WildHorse is being developed as a unique, upscale urban village that offers a wide range of amenities and attractions,” noted Ryan Rans, Managing Partner and Co-founder of Great Lakes Capital, which is developing the project along with Pearl Capital Management, LLC. “Including a brand name restaurant like Ruth’s Chris underscores the quality and sophistication that this project represents.”
The WildHorse development will include luxury apartments, 25,000 square feet of retail space, and a hotel and conference center. Designed by TRi Architects, the housing units should be available for occupancy in early 2020, with the restaurant and hotel to open later in 2020.
