ST. LOUIS — Salt + Smoke announced it will open its Central West End location this week.
The restaurant known for its barbecue will open on Jan. 17 at 11 a.m.
Everything from the restaurant’s fries to pies are made from scratch.
Salt+ Smoke has locations in St. Charles, the Loop, and along Hampton Avenue.
The restaurant also plans to open a spot in Ballpark Village this year. An exact opening date for the restaurant hasn’t been announced, but One Cardinal Way will open in the summer of 2020. Salt and Smoke will be located at the base of One Cardinal Way, which is located off Clark Avenue.
The Central West End location is at 392 N Euclid Avenue.
