Sugarfire Winghaven offering 'STL BattleHawks Brisket' in honor of first win

The sandwich is in honor of St. Louis' newest team winning its first game!

O'FALLON, Mo. — A St. Louis area restaurant is honoring the BattleHawks with a chef special on Monday.

Sugarfire Winghaven is offering a ‘STL BattleHawks Brisket,’ with smoked brisket, provolone cheese, shredded lettuce, tomatoes, beer-battered onion rings, house bacon and white BBQ sauce on a toasted bun.

The BattleHawks won its first game on Sunday.  

BattleHawks made a fourth quarter comeback to beat the Dallas Renegades 15-9. The BattleHawks were down by three until Alonzo Russel caught the ball in the end zone.

Sugarfire Winghaven is located at 9955 Winghaven Boulevard in O'Fallon. It is open from 11 a.m. until it sells out. You can order online, dine in, get it delivered or carry it out.
