UNIVERSITY CITY, Mo. — On April 26, a kitchen fire destroyed a popular University City restaurant and damaged surrounding businesses.
As the one-year anniversary of the fire approaches, Three Kings Public House owner Derek Deaver announced the local pub chain's flagship location will be returning "bigger and better" to the Delmar Loop.
"Three Kings is moving only one door down from our original location in the Delmar Loop, so we won’t be hard to find," Deaver said in a statement. "The new location will feature seats for up to 300 guests who can choose to dine inside, or on either our epic outdoor back patio or front patio dining directly on Delmar."
The new location at 6315 Delmar Blvd. comes in at 6,300 square feet - an upgrade on the previous 4,000 square-foot space - and features 20 state-of-the-art TVs and multiple party rooms, according to a news release.

"The newest and most tranquil addition will be the beer garden on our large, spacious outdoor back patio that can seat up to 100 guests,” Deaver said.
The new location will feature 32 rotating craft beers on tap and the same global pub food its known for, including Cajun pasta, smash burgers, chicken wings and Captain Crunch shrimp, according to a news release.
The location is expected to open in April 2024, "just in time for the 2nd annual Loop 420 Fest," Deaver said.
Three Kings Public House has three other locations in the St. Louis area, including restaurants on Manchester Road in Des Peres, in Ronnie's Plaza in south St. Louis County and in Terminal 2 at St. Louis Lambert International Airport. Three Kings also has a sister restaurant, Casa de Tres Reyes, which recently opened in Des Peres.
