ST CHARLES, Mo. — This weekend will be the last weekend for Trailhead Brewing Company in St. Charles.
Trailhead Brewing said Sunday, March 8 will be its last day before it passes the torch to Schlafly beer.
Schlafly purchased Trailhead Brewing Company in January. The new spot will be Schlafly Bankside.
In January, a press release said Schlafly will "maintain the character and charm of the Trailhead Brewing Co. location with an additional investment for improvements and renovations to the space."
There will be happy hour prices all day long on beer, wine and liquor on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
“Thanks again to every single person who supported us over the last 25 years. Come raise a pint if you can. 🍻” it said on Facebook.
Trailhead owner Bob Kirkwood said he wanted to retire from the brewing business and hoped to find a buyer that would continue to brew great beer, value the staff and give a positive experience to the customer.
