ST. LOUIS — Annie Malone Children and Family Services is hosting a Halloween trunk-or-treat event, and organization officials are seeking sponsors.
The Annie Malone SAFE Halloween will take place from 4-6 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 31. at Annie Malone’s Page campus, located at 5355 Page Blvd. in St. Louis.
Annie Malone officials said the Children’s Hospital will be on-site for the event to provide their Healthy Kids Express Dental Services in their mobile dental van! The event will also feature candy, costumes and a magician.
A statement on the Annie Malone website reads, “Our Safe Halloween Trunk-or-Treat event is a vital community initiative that offers a safe, enjoyable, and inclusive environment for children to celebrate Halloween. By providing a secure space for trick-or-treating, we ensure that every child has the opportunity to experience the joy of the holiday without concerns for their safety. This event not only fosters a sense of community and togetherness but also creates lasting memories for families. It’s a chance for children to engage in festive fun while building positive connections with their neighbors, reinforcing the importance of safety and community spirit. The Annie Malone SAFE Halloween Trunk-or-Treat helps us continue this year’s commitment theme, ‘The New Annie Malone: Making a Stronger and Larger Impact in the Community.’”
