MARYLAND HEIGHTS, Mo. — Janet Jackson, the pop superstar best known for hit singles "Nasty," "Love Will Never Do (Without You)," "That's the Way Love Goes" and "All for You," is back on the road again in 2024 for a second leg of her concert tour "Together Again." This time, she'll be joined on stage by a legendary St. Louisan.
The five-time Grammy Award-winner and Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inductee is the youngest child of the Jackson family. She launched into stardom with the release of her first album, "Janet Jackson," in 1982.
Following the success of her ninth concert tour in 2023, Jackson announced Tuesday she would be adding 35 tour dates to the run starting in summer 2024. The concert tour celebrates the 25th anniversary of her album "The Velvet Rope" and 30th anniversary of "janet."
Jackson will be joined by rapper and St. Louis native Nelly for each tour date. The hitmaker is known for his songs "Hot in Herre," "Country Grammar" and "Dilemma."
The second leg of the tour includes a stop on Friday, June 21 at the Hollywood Casino Amphitheatre.
Tickets for the show go on sale to the general public at 10 a.m. Friday. Presales will start at 10 a.m. Wednesday and continue through Friday morning. VIP packages, which include premium tickets, a meet-and-greet and photo opportunity with Jackson and more, will also be available for purchase.
