ST. LOUIS — Variety has announced rock band Steely Dan will perform at Dinner with the Stars on April 25.
The annual dinner and concert will be held at the Stifel Theatre. All funds raised will go to the local charity Variety Kids. The event is supported by the Steward Family Foundation, World Wide Technology and Centene Charitable Foundation.
Variety is a nonprofit that helps children with special needs by providing equipment, therapy, recreation, education and transportation, according to its website.
Steely Dan was founded in 1972 and has sold 40 million albums worldwide. The band was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2001. Donald Fagen is the sole original member after founding member Walter Becker died in 2017.
Tickets are available at $72 and $137 and don't include the price of dinner.
