The actress who played DJ Tanner subtly let fans know on Thursday that the house just got full again, well Fuller as production started for the new Netflix spinoff.
When we chatted with Cameron Bure, we obviously had to get the scoop on the reboot. And, YES, for those who are wondering, we would like to think she called from her hot lips phone (with the number 555-2424)!
In our convo, the quintessential cool, older sister put some rumors to rest and gave us some insight.

Just like her dad, Danny, DJ is now single after her firefighter husband's tragic passing.
He passed away during work, so it was a heroic death.
Which is why middle sis Stephanie and BFFL Kimmy are helping DJ raise her kids.
WHICH MEANS STEVE MIGHT BE BACK???????
I kinda hope so. I think it would be really fun even for an episode just to explore that. I think the fans would love it.
Uh, yeah, we would! Does it get more perfect than Steve? Cameron Bure doesn't think so either. She ranked Steve as DJ's top boyfriend, followed by Viper, and lastly that sugar daddy Nelson.

Despite a couple of twins, most of the Tanner fam will be back for the first episode, and we might even be able to look forward to more appearances in the future.
We're really going to establish this is not a remake show…it's a spinoff. It's really revolving around the three women raising these four kids, but we do know some of them will come back and popup throughout the episodes, but I don't know how, and I don't know how many times.

WELP! SPEAKING OF KIDS, WHAT KIND OF A MOM WILL DJ BE?
She's the first child so she has that A-type personality, and we know, just having watched her as a kid, she was always a good girl and making good decisions. So, I think as an adult, she's almost turned into a Danny Tanner in some respect… She's organized. She's got her act together, and I think she's probably a strict mom – a fun mom, loving mom, but probably on the strict side and… just runs the household really well.
AND, HOW ABOUT THAT CRAY KIMMY GIBBLER?
(Fans) will be surprised at who she is today. There's definitely some fun twists to her character, but I think staying true to Kimmy Gibbler. I think she's an adult now, I don't know that she'll be quite as wacky as she was when she was a kid, but I think she will definitely be more unconventional in her parenting style compared to DJ.
AND SPEAKING OF PARENTS, DANNY COULD BE MARRIED
