ST. LOUIS — The 5OYS team and Show Me St. Louis are all about being there for St. Louis. Whether that's through our newscasts or bringing you your daily dose of good news, we help make a difference in our community.
Monday afternoon, Mary Caltrider along with other 5OYS personnel took time out of the office to give back to Operation Food Search. It's all part of Project 5, a series of volunteer events to help give back to the community.
Officials at Operation Food Search say they depend on volunteers to pack food - seeing more than 7500 volunteers a year!
The team packed over 600 meals and had fun doing so. Thank you Operation Food Search for allowing the team to come help out.
