ST. LOUIS — Pet-A-Palooza

Do you love animals? You can celebrate that love this weekend at Pet-A-Palooza. Bring your dog or find a furever friend! Pet-A-Palooza is sort of a paradise for pet lovers. You can catch a dog show, teach your dog new tricks, meet some new friends, and maybe even take one home. There will also be dog yoga and a photobooth. Backstoppalooza

Backstoppalooza is this Saturday at Chesterfield Ampitheater. Now in it’s seventh year, the event is a fundraiser concert for Backstoppers, Inc., which is an organization supporting fallen officers and firefighters. The concert itself is free, and merchandise, food, and donations all go to Backstoppers. Doors open at 6 p.m., and this year’s headliner is “Dogs of Society” – an Elton John Rock Tribute. Festival of Nations

Maybe, you want to travel the world this weekend without leaving St. Louis. Festival of Nations is this weekend, and so many people look forward to it every year. It’s a gathering of people, cultures, and food from dozens of countries all around the world. It’ll be in a different part of Tower Grove Park this year – more toward the center where there is more shade and a closer shuttle stop. Enjoy the festival Saturday or Sunday… or both! Indy Pro 2000 Championship

If you want something to really rev your engine, head out to World Wide Technology Raceway this weekend for the Indy Pro 2000 Championship. The cars and stars of the Indy 500 will duke it out with qualifying races on Friday, and the main event is Saturday. Gates open at 11:30 a.m. both days, and tickets start at $45. Jason Aldean: Ride All Night Tour

All you country music fans – this one’s for you! Jason Aldean is making a stop in St. Louis for  his Ride All Night Tour, and you can still buy tickets! The concert is this Saturday at the Hollywood Casino Amitheatre starting at 7:30 p.m. Parking is included in the ticket price. Food Truck Frolic

Back for its seventh summer, the 2019 Food Truck Frolic has food and fun for the whole family. I Love Forest Park 5K

Presented by Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, the “I Love Forest Park 5K” is a way to have fun while benefitting the park!
