ST. LOUIS — Meet Chef Brandon!
“My mom is Italian, so having family get togethers is like a Sopranos episode,” says Chef Brandon Panosh, Executive Chef at Winslow’s Table.
While the chef might have cooking in his blood, his path to the kitchen was unexpected.
“I grew up around that creative atmosphere, but I didn't really know where I fit in.”
Chef Brandon first went to college studying art, specifically drawing and graphic design. Soon, he decided to make some cash on the side!
“Around that time, I got a job at Sugarfire, in O’Fallon Missouri, and I was so intrigued by the people and how fun the work could be. In my design class, I found myself thinking about work.”
Until this side hustle, became well, a passion. So, with just one semester of school left, the chef enrolled in culinary school! After years of learning the ropes across several different STL restaurants, including Vicia, he found his way to Winslow's Table.
Founded in 2019, Winslow’s Table is a neighborhood gathering place that celebrates local food with high quality ingredients from local farmers. The menu is an ever changing reflection of the seasons mixed with their signature staples for breakfast and lunch. From their farmer’s breakfast, shakshuka, burritos, soups or salads! It is food that leaves you feeling nourished and loved.
For Chef Brandon, this restaurant is his canvas constantly growing in taste!
