Abigail will perform live at the Sheldon Concert Hall on June 5 with a band and 14-piece orchestra.

ST. LOUIS — It's a concert you don't want to miss. Abigail Stahlschmidt is an internationally recognized electric violinist and will be performing live at the Sheldon Concert Hall on June 5.

Tuesday morning, she stopped by the Show Me Studio to talk all about her upcoming concert, tell a bit about herself,  and give us a sneak peek live performance. 

Abigail is a St Louis native, who’s performed on stages all over the world! Locally, she’s been a featured artist for The Cardinals and The Blues and has joined the stage with bands including The Liston Brothers, Mama’s Pride, and Greek Fire. She’s currently the electric violinist for Mr. Blue Sky a Tribute to ELO.

Abigail grew up classically trained and drew musical inspiration from various music– from Led Zeppelin to Hans Zimmer.

In November, Abigail recorded her original symphonic rock music in Nashville with a 42-piece string orchestra at Ocean Way Studios which has hosted renowned artists including George Strait, Harry Connick Jr., Faith Hill, Willie Nelson, Sheryl Crow, Steve Martin, and Paul Simon.
