ST CHARLES, Mo. — Bill Schroer is an orthopedic surgeon, and his dream was to open a Vodka Distillery in St. Charles. The St. Louis Distillery started making its own vodka back in 2012: Cardinal Sin Vodka. Because it’s a micro-distillery, the vodkas are made one batch at a time.
It’s distributed by major brands, so you may be able to find these products at your local grocery store or liquor store. The distillery also provides tours and tastings.
St. Louis Distillery is located on Friedens Road in St. Charles. Tours and tastings are available on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. You can find them at most major liquor stores and purchase online at STLdistillery.com, which is also where you can schedule a tour.
