It's been a while but Thursdays aren't complete without Dusty from 93.7 the Bull. He returned from his trip to Texas where he went to the Academy of Country Music Awards.
It was the party of the year hosted by Reba McEntire and highlighted the year's biggest country music artists. Thursday morning, Dusty joined us live in the studio to share the highlights from the award show.
Dusty started by saying how the award show operates. He met lots of different country artists. Some featured artists include Jelly Roll, Randy Travis and his wife, and Lainey Wilson winning Entertainer of the Year and Female Artist of the Year.
Other winners include Chris Stapleton winning Male Artist of the Year, and Dan + Shay winning Duo of the Year. A full list of winners can be found online.
