ST. LOUIS — While watching the Paris Olympics, you might have found an extra dose of motivation to live a healthier life. Now, you can train like an athlete! Chelsea Theodoropoulos, Owner of Burn Boot Camp St. Louis, joined the Show Me team in studio with advice for better movement. Theodoropoulos explains the same functional movements that we do in everyday life are the same movements that an Olympian would do. She shared 5 functional movements to work into your daily exercise routine. By mastering these movements, you can better train like an athlete.
