Here's what's happening on Halloween day

From Annie Malone Trunk-or-Treat to Edwardsville and Alton Halloween parades.

ST. LOUIS — Are you in need of Halloween plans? Well, for the kiddos Annie Malone Children and Family Services is hosting a Halloween trunk-or-treat event. The Annie Malone SAFE Halloween will take place from 4-6 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 31. at Annie Malone's Page campus, located at 5355 Page Blvd. in St. Louis. Children's Hospital will be on-site for the event to provide their Healthy Kids Express Dental Services in their mobile dental van! The event will also feature candy, costumes and a magician.

The 2024 Edwardsville/Glen Carbon Chamber of Commerce Halloween Parade returns Halloween night. It kicks off at 6:30 PM in Downtown Edwardsville. This year's theme is "In my favorite Era" inspired by the one and only Taylor Swift. 

Or you can head over to what they say is the "Most Haunted Small Town in America" Alton, Illinois! Downtown will be in full force for their annual Halloween parade!  See Alton's scariest costumes and characters with over 40 participants including floats, bands and costumed marchers! The parade will begin at the corner of Washington Avenue and Broadway It is one of the oldest Halloween parades in the United States so you're not going to want to miss it. The festivities kick off at 7:00 pm.
