ST. LOUIS — Pint Size Bakery's motto is small batch, from scratch, fresh daily! The team focuses on seasonal, local ingredients to create high-quality baked goods.
Co-owners Christy Augustin and Nancy Boehm are both St. Louis natives. After working across the country as pastry chefs, they came home to teach at Le Cordon Bleu culinary school. They decided to take their expertise and open Pint Size Bakery in 2012. The two have the same style of baking. Which Christy explains as, "We bake like grandmas...real butter, local ingredients."
The bakery is decked out for the holidays! If you are in search of holiday treats, look no further! They offer Christmas cookie boxes, eggnog from Rolling Lawns Farm in Greenville Illinois, rotating glazed Bundt Cakes and so much more!
