The local ice cream business grows herbs and fruits on their own farm to be harvested into bold, delicious ice creams.

No one offers bold flavors quite like Bold Spoon Creamery! But, even with these daring scoops, founder, Rachel Burns, never saw these pints coming.

“I planted mint in our garden instead of a pot which anyone who gardens knows that is a ridiculous thing to do, so I had an abundance of mint,” says Burns. “So, I dusted it off and started making mint ice cream.”

With Burn’s new hobbie came more and more…batches. Suddenly, Bold Spoon Creamery took off! After selling it to her neighbors, Burns tasty mint became sought out from around the community! Bold Spoon Creamery now offers unique flavors such as garden mint, goat cheese and fig jam, brie with spiced honey and crème brulee.
