ST. LOUIS — 2024 is a lucky year for brides to get married, but you might need a little inspiration to plan out your special day. Show Me St. Louis has a message to all the brides out there with the help of a special guest.
Leader Publications is Jefferson County's weekly newspaper company that covers events happening in all of Jefferson County, Eureka, and part of Wildwood. They are hosting their 30th annual Wedding fair on Sunday, Feb. 4, 2024, at Corpus Christi Center at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Imperial, MO from 12:30-3:30 p.m.
Wednesday morning, Mary Caltrider sat down with the digital marketing manager Katelyn Mary to help promote the event.
The wedding fair is a chance to invite all brides to check out several wedding-related vendors such as venues, catering, makeup artists, and don't forget dresses! At the end of the event, there will be a fashion show by Clarice's Bridal where models will show off the latest fashionable wedding dresses that are trending right now.
All ticket proceeds from the event go to A Fighting Chance Foundation, a local group promoting mental health and suicide prevention. In addition, the Leader will donate the money that the free advance ticket sales would have raised. Tickets are $7 online before the event or $10 at the door. However, the Leader is giving away a limited number of free tickets.
Just visit this website and use the code "FREETICKET" to claim yours. The first 50 brides in the door will also receive a free swag bag.
