Find out what lifestyle expert Valerie Greenberg recommends to get your new year’s resolutions started.

Whether it's exercising or getting control of your finances, the new year is traditionally a time for resolutions. Red Carpet host and Celebrity Lifestyle Expert Valerie Greenberg is here with tips for creating a new you in the new year.  

Valerie starts by sharing that when she saw Wendy Williams, Wendy shared she would be getting a customized diet and exercise plan based on a genetics kit for her resolution.
