New St. Peters restaurant with a familiar name specializing in Neapolitan pizza

ST. PETERS, Mo. — A St. Peters restaurant with a familiar name is serving up Italian cuisine. 

It started out as a bakery more than two decades ago and has been transformed into a one-of-a-kind, authentic Italian restaurant.

Noto Italian Restaurant serves up pizzas, pastas, salads, soups, desserts, and more. The restaurant specializes in Neapolitan pizza. 

The name “Noto” comes from the owner’s family name, which is Sicilian.

It’s located at 5105 Westwood Drive in St. Peters, Missouri. It’s open Wednesday through Saturday from 4 p.m. – 9 p.m. The folks at Noto are planning to expand their hours soon.

An Italian family bakery which began in 1973 in north county, eventually moved to Main Street St. Charles, has now settled in St. Peters. They've expanded along the way, but many of their original family recipes remain the same. Jimmy V has their story.
