Traveling is something that can be stressful, and your well being can suffer on the road. 89% of travelers are still looking to make those wellness resolutions according to a Westin Wellness survey.  Westin tries to help their visitors stay motivated and engaged in their wellness goals. The hotels provide exercise equipment, healthy meals, and relaxing rooms to help you stay healthy and well.

Liz mentions some healthy trends on the rise in 2020. She says that plant-based eating is something that is becoming more popular, and people want to try a vegan lifestyle. Similarly people are trying “dry months” where they stop drinking for a month. For streaming fitness, Peleton is very popular and there are also many less expensive app options.
