ST. LOUIS — 2 oz. cake vodka
1 oz. Irish cream
1 oz. half and half
1/2 oz. Grand Marnier
1/2 tsp. Simple syrup (optional for a sweeter drink)
Sprinkle of ground cinnamon
Sanding sugar in colors: purple, green, and gold.
1 cup ice for shaker.
First, use clean fingers to put simple syrup (or lemon juice) around the rim of your glass.
Then use a small plate to arrange your different colors of sanding sugar in a circle. Make sure they are only next to each other in a circle, not blended. 1/3 of circle is each color.
Dip your rim into the sugar and stamp.
Then, In a cocktail shaker with 1/2 cup of ice, add Irish cream, vodka, half and half, grand Marnier, and leftover simple syrup. Shake it up and pour into the glass.
Sprinkle a pinch of cinnamon on top. For extra flair, add the colored sugar as well!
