ST. LOUIS — Many of us have eating well on our minds in January. Shannon Buescher is an Intuitive Eating Dietitian who takes a non-diet approach to food.
Her job entails helping people to heal from the diet culture. A lot of her clients have been on and off diets and maybe lost weight, but then gained the weight back and then some. She says it’s all about balance.
