ST. LOUIS — Thursday morning, the Show Me team invited kids from the YMCA and their personal trainer Zae, to join us live on Television Plaza.
Zae discussed that the YMCA offers several youth programs to get your kids active. You saw Mary, Mary, and Malik compete in several sports during the Show Me Games such as soccer, basketball, volleyball, etc. Now your child can do the same.
Registration is now open for fall soccer, basketball, volleyball, swim team, swim lessons, and all the fall sports at the Y. YMCA members also get special discounts so sign up today.
