A 19-year-old woman claims she is pregnant with "baby Jesus," despite an ultrasound proving that she is not carrying a child.
Haley, who appeared on the Dr. Phil show this week, said she feels her unborn baby moving, and despite an ultrasound proving otherwise, she will not turn her back on her child.
Travis Stork, an ER physician, and host of The Doctors, gave Haley an ultrasound during the show and told her that the pain she has experienced isn’t related to pregnancy.
“What that means is there is some air in your intestines, and when she was moving the probe, those little loops move around,” he said. “When you have felt down there, and you have felt something moving, that was just your bowel moving.”
Haley, whose last name was not provided, told Stork the ultrasound didn't prove anything.
"You can’t lie to Jesus," Haley told Stork.
According to Haley's mother, the 19-year-old has failed multiple pregnancy tests, and has a habit of lying.
But, despite the evidence proving otherwise, Hailey said she plans to remain strong.
“My family, my friends, my pastors at church, they don’t believe that I’m pregnant,” Haley said on the Dr. Phil show. “I know it’s Jesus. I don’t care if my family disowns me. It really comes down to if you’re a true believer in Jesus or not."
